1. Boot Camp-Body Basics: Body
Basics is your exercise 411. The Boot Camp Body Basics
will prepare you for any of the Boot Camp Series. Discover
how to efficiently execute the basic movements utilized
in most major boot camp training.
1A. Bride 2 Be Boot Camp:
You are ready to walk the
aisle, you found the man of your dreams, now all you need
is the dream wedding, the beautiful dress, the location
and the body to match.
1B. Bridal Party Boot Camp:
Your best friend’s
getting married and she loves you so much that she wants
you to be a special part of her big day. You want to be
there for your friend, but you don’t feel comfortable
in the skin your in. Get ready to change your outlook
on how you look and feel.
2. Boot Camp Intense Intermediates:
Once you have gotten the
basics, you are ready to get Intense. In intense intermediates
you can now begin to burn more calories.
3. Boot Camp Hard Core Hitters:
You got the basics down and now
you know what intensity level you need to reach your target
heart rate, your food has now become your fuel and now
you are ready for the Hard Core Hitters Boot Camp. Bring
you’re a game or don't come to play at all. |

Stretching is an integral part of any health and fitness

2. Static Stretching: Static
stretching consists of stretching a muscle (or group of
muscles) to its farthest point and then maintaining or
holding that position.
3. Dynamic Stretching:
Dynamic stretching improves dynamic
flexibility and is quite useful as part of your warm-up
for an active or aerobic workout.
4 . Myofascial release: When
you have a great workout, with each exercise, there are
small microscopic fibers that now have small tears.
